Dried White Fungus 特级小花银耳 Snow Fungus / White Fungus/tremella mushroom

Thought this was going to be a larger bag, but it’s pretty small. Tastes good and very little hard core needed removal.

This white fungus is easy to cook and texture is very good. recommended!

Fungus usually does not taste like much, but it integrates well with bone broth soup that I prepare. You might need to slice it up a bit after it softens.

The product is great but far to fragile to mail......it was literally like saw dust. I will buy again but not on line. I will buy in a grocery store.

Bag was open and the mushrooms were all crushed in small pieces. Do not recommend.

I almost returned this product. It was like fragile corn flakes with lots of broken crumbs in the package--needs to ship in a box. But I used it anyway because it was kindof hard to find, and takes a while to receive. And there were no serving size directions so I used the whole package. They swelled up so much during cooking we had several servings. Good thing--they are so delicious we use them not just as an ingredient but as a side dish. The texture and flavor is incredible. I will be reordering these.

If I could do NO stars I would! My order came in COMPLETELY smashed! There is no option for return or replacement. Will not be ordering again

I use these in a nice Chinese pork dish and they're really unusual in texture. Rather gelatinous. In the dish they work very well. Glad to have found them on Amazon.
