These sea salt flakes are exceptional in quality and taste. Clear instructions and suggestions provided for how best to use the flakes to finish savory and sweet dishes. Also an interesting story of where they come from.

Both salts were wonderful to top finished dishes! The texture and taste they add is great. Even just the smoked salt on a fresh sliced tomato from the garden was absolutely delicious! Makes your mouth go “mmmmmm” for sure.

I'm giving this 1 star because the product I received had an expiration date 2 weeks from the date of receipt. Regardless of how much I like this salt, I can't use over 8 ounces of it in a 14 day period.

I bought these as a housewarming present along with a bamboo dual sided salt box. The smoke is very subtle and both were in tact and expected (great) quality for a good price. I prefer to finish plates (plain salt is especially great on desserts for a pop of salt) with this type of salt but there’s no reason you couldn’t cook with them.
