Breakage and leaking during shipping.
The item was fine. The packaging was all torn, there was a broken bottle, and product spilled all over the inside of the package. What a mess to clean up.

This is actually legit!!!! I was ordering this because I couldn’t make it to BBW that day to grab a new one and this would arrive overnight… absolutely amazing! It’s the real deal AND you get 2 for almost the price you would pay for just one at BBW. I will no longer be buying from BBW anymore, I will only be ordering from this merchant!
