An ideal complement to many kit zooms, the black E 55-210mm f/4.5-6.3 OSS Lens opens the door to many telephoto perspectives with its 82.5-315mm equivalent focal length range on APS-C-format E-mount cameras. With an optical design using two extra-low dispersion elements and two aspherical elements users will enjoy images with minimal aberrations. Also, thanks to Optical SteadyShot image stabilization, camera shake will be dramatically reduced, resulting in sharper images. An internal focus design enables fast, responsive AF and a minimum focus distance of 3.3'. Additionally, it has a seven-blade circular diaphragm for smooth, rounded bokeh.

Amazing
Saw some reviews, and saw that there are a lot of snobs, this is incredible, and for the price I think it is unbeatable.Street photography without invading people spaces, nature spotting and family and friends pictures without people knowing you are taking photos.

Better than the $200 price tag.
For the price, not a bad mid-range telephoto lens for my A6000. It doesn't look half bad on my A7iii when on APS-C mode.Distal landscape shots at 210mm get a little fuzzy but zooming all the way in on something closer tends to hold up rather well.... looks sharp.

Terrific lens, especially for amateurs!
I’ve waited to buy this lens, as I had just started out with the Sony a6100, for my new hobby. Oh boy what a difference has this baby made! I just love this lens! The action shots and the close ups are amazing. Do not put off buying this if your just starting out. A friend that’s a professional photographer told me to buy it and my only regret was waiting!
