Works good for light weight surface muscles
The hand held device Works good for surface tension, but if you have larger muscles that need deep deep knots and pressure then the roller will pop out. It needs to be reinforced so that I can use more force to get the deeper muscles relaxed. The roller ball needs a way to stabilize it to keep still. Otherwise it’s a great product for the price.

I have only used it for cooling to relieve pain. It does have the heat for deep tissue stiffness, which I will also try.

Great little at home massage item
I love these, but my husband isn't as thrilled, although that is just a personal preference. Preference. He feels that the metal is too cold if not warmed properly.
