If I didn’t have a relative with stellar engineering skills and a wealth of experience putting items together, there is zero chance I could have ever succeeded in putting it together. However, all parts arrived intact, and it looks and works exactly as pictured. Five stars for quality. It’s a sturdy, heavy piece of furniture. I have no concerns about quality..

Virtually impossible to assemble. Directions and illustrations are horrible bone of the sliders came with no bearings in it. The finished product looks sloppy. Top shoe drawer doesn’t stay closed. Anything over men’s 10 is too big. Drawer assembly was a separate project altogether, and the directions do not tell you how to separate the sliding piece. They owe me a slider and about 8 hours of my life back. Very disappointing.

Very neat, compact, great quality and sturdy. I will say smaller and not so bulky shoes fit easier. Other than that it sits nicely in my entryway and helps store away the clutter of shoes! Very much a space saver!

I wear an 8.5 and have to open the door above to close the door below. Cannot put shoes on the top level because the door cannot close. While assembling, the initial drawer mechanism was confusing. Must be perfect for drawers to close properly. It is sturdy. Looks nice. Only can fit 15 pairs of shoes. No boots or high tops can fit. Put sandals on top shoe level because all I could put there.

It took over 6 hours to assemble and there is a part missing. I tried to message manufacturer but no reply as of yet. The directions are very confusing due to no wording, just pictures. Pick another item and save yourself a lot of trouble and frustration. Good luck.

This is an excellent shoe storage for those who have limited space. We’re living in a small condo and it fit against the wall nicely in our walk in closet.

This is the worst product ever. I failed to read the reviews first, I agree with all the other bad ones. Assembly instructions are MISERABLE, got it partially put together and there were missing pieces, preventing completion, now unable to get it back in the box. Not to mention, seller has bad reviews on other products. I don't know how they are still allowed to sell here. Wasted an entire afternoon of our time, still dealing with the clean up and disposal of this trash.
