Order 2 for kids christmas. Both arrived earlier than what was estimated.For the price and purpose these seem like a good product.Instructions are lacking but anyone with a general knowledge of mechanics can figure it out.

It came in on a semi.and it weighs about 300lbsIt had to have some assembly,shocks and wheel alignment rods,tires, handle bars,brush guard.It doesn't come with any tools.so a cheap mechanics tools set is needed.along with and adjustable wrench that opens up to bigger than an inch and a half for the lugs on the tires.it took me about an hr and 20 mins to put everything together with no lift and by myself.it runs great and fires right up every time.the kids ages 3,5,7 don't have a problem with operating it.eventhough it looks really big.

Came scraped upHad to drive over an hour to go get it After being told I'd get a partial refund on the $400 shipping (didn't get anything back only offered cheap helmet and gear)Originally got a call from the texas warehouse stating they didn't have the black only orange or white told them no got a call a few days after saying they have a black oneThe quad itself is OK its a bit slow on the take off if my kid is at the bottom of the hill it won't go up it but if he gets some starting speed on flat ground it will goDefinitely not a true 125ccWouldn't go 35mph like they state even if nobody was on it and you were going downhillComes on a pallet, anyone with mechanical experience the putting it together was easy enough but instructions are garbageCame a bit banged up, cheap plastic, gas cap sucks - hard to put on and take off (wife cant do it), instructions suck (faded black and white tiny pics on a piece of paper)Came with extra plastic guards that arnt in any of the pics or "instructions" couldn't figure out where they wentI paid 400 for shipping only for the freight to not be able to come to my house so I had to drive over an hour to go get it after being told I'd recieve a partial refund on shipping it's been a week and still haven't gotten anything back and the seller is waiting to "hear from management" well management is arguing saying its not on them its on r&l shipping and that they can't do partial refunds only offer cheap merchandiseI should have just got the quad from my local quad/bike shop was only another $100 more for everything already setup and tested

The quality is good. For safety you do have a key and it won’t start unless the key is inserted. I got the orange and white color and it looks amazing. The main seat is comfortable and someone else is able to sit with you since it’s a good size. It does not come pre built. Someone will call and schedule the delivery. For the price I would have liked for it to come pre built. Over all we love it.

I like this four wheeler I got for my son but the used a couple wraps of electrical tape to hold the starter solenoid in the rubber boot mounted to the frame well while riding the electrical tape they used came loose and grounded on the motor and now have to power (fuses are good) and can’t find a number to contact them. Also one stud for the from passenger side wheel was not put in properly was at an angle and stripped the safety switch on the brake to start it was also broke. Would be five stars if they would make this right
