Waste of money
This was such a waste of money. The mouth guard is massive and Is usable. The nose stickers dont stick. The plugs are massive too. It's just a waste of money.

Great starter
Great little kit. Cheap and cheerful. Helped me and the other half find out what worked on us and then be able to work from there. He found the strips work for him, where as I found the dilators work better. Didn't waste money buying the wrong more expensive products. Have now both upgraded.

Good to to try different things stuff
Easy to use most of it, the quality is very good for how cheap it is. It has helped me find out which is better for me to stop snoring and most of it preforms well.

The mouth piece and strap worked perfectly.
I bought the kit because it offered a selection of methods to try and stop my snoring and slight apnoea.The mouthpiece and strap combo worked the best.The nasel strips came unstuck but didn't really help anyway. I think it depends upon each individual what will work best.Great that it allows options for people to try.
