The sweatshirt I received wasn't customized, so this review is focused on the sweatshirt only. Overall, it's very basic. The material is rough, plus it fades and shrinks a bit the first time you wash it.I would say that it runs small too. I ordered an XL in this unisex fit and it's the same size as my women's medium sweatshirts, especially after washing it. If you're ordering this, I'd definitely recommend sizing up.What I do appreciate about this sweatshirt is that the ties are wrapped in plastic, keeping them from fraying in the wash. But it's not a sweatshirt I'll go reaching for often due to the fabric feel.
