Easy to use and substantial considering the cost. Small, neat, easy to use and works perfectly. Very happy, just waiting for my face to transform back to its 20 year old self now! Watch this space…….😂

I think this is a great alternative to the products where the ICE is actually exposed to touching your skin, which might be uncomfortable to some people. This is very easy to use and has a nice storage compartment for each side and a cover to hold it without the other side freezing your hands. I did notice the roller did feel a bit cheap and so I had to apply more pressure to rotate it rather than it just freely rolling. Other than that this is the ideal product for people who just want to get things done straight away, no need to fill it up with water or to change the water, just wipe it clean every now and then and pop it back in the freezer.

This is a mini face roller with double lids for the ball wheels tool and the flat-shaped massager. I have kept it in the fridge for over an hour and used it to massage the serum on my face. The feeling was cooling and pleasant and I felt that the skin was still under massage some minutes later. It seems a well-designed massager as well as being very comfortable to hold. On the box, it says that is suitable for freezing too but I haven't tried this option as yet.The reason why I am taking one star off though is that the roller seems to accumulate some water during refrigeration, so I have to make sure to be careful and drain any water before use. It's cooling and stimulating but I wished it wouldn’t condense all this water inside the lids.

Quite bulky for use. Placed in fridge for specified time, yet wasn’t cool enough, well certainly didn’t stay cool for long. Maybe freezer would be better. I shall see.Considering it is mainly for under eyes it is far too big. However feels loverly all over the face to release any puffiness.

I love this little device!I put mine in the freezer to get it really, really cold. There are two ends, one is a full roller and the other is two smaller rollers, which I use around the eyes.I alternate between the two rollers - as one starts to warm up, I switch to the other end and this gives the warm end chance to get cold again. There must be something in the middle that acts like a freezer block that they draw the coldness from.It’s a great little device and well worth the money.
