Great on fine hair texture, not heavy or sticky. Smells great too!

Although I've used & really liked Pacifica products for a long time, I wasn't sure what to expect when I read the reviews for this volumizing spray.However, I like it a lot, and contrary to what some others have mentioned, I didn't find the scent overpowering at all; it was quite pleasant and actually barely noticable, and I'm very sensitive to strong scents.I have very fine thin hair and am always looking for a good volumizing product without a lot of chemicals in it. I rarely find any that I like as much as this one; it adds volume to my hair without making it sticky, and it has a lot of natural ingredients that are actually good for my hair & scalp.I'll be ordering this product again for sure!

I have very fine, shorter hair, very straight. I have a haircut that needs volume at the crown and I also have a double crown. This spray is great for the extra volume I need. It smells great, kind of fruity but not overpowering, it makes my hair silky and shiny too. I wish it gave a little more volume but I’m sure if it did it would be sticky or heavy on my fine hair.

It smells absolutely great! It's not sticky like a lot of volume products are. It claims to help your scalp be less oily... idk how valid that claim is, although it definitely does NOT make my hair get oily any faster than normal, so that's good. The volume it provides is aggressively medium. It's not mind blowing, it's not texas or 80s hair worthy at all... but it definitely adds something. For now I will continue using it.

The Pacifica Beauty ginger root did nothing for my fine hair. Save your money. Used as instructed it made my hair flatter. Bed Head works wonder though

For over 10 years I’ve tried everything from mousse, sugar/salt spray to heat... my straight, baby-fine hair feels weighed down and greasy.After a shower and it’s wetbrushed and damp, I flip my head over and grab the ends of my hair including longer pieces of fringe. Two sprays of the ginger spray to the middle and ends from above, then finger comb to distribute further up the hair shaft. Flip back over and finger comb!Anyway, that’s how I make it work best for me. The results are just what I want and it lasts all day, not to mention plenty of ponytails.I keep my ends trimmed and at a below-shoulder bouncy length, cut my own fringe and the key for me: long ish LAYERS. This is the second key for me.5 stars for this awesome ginger root hair spray. :)

First this smells amazing! It’s not overpowering or fake, just a light ginger ale scent. Next, I sprayed in on my damp hair just at the crown and worked it in with my fingers before blow drying. It did give my hair some lift! It lasted through the next day too! Now, I did try to spray into my dry hair and then fluff it up with the hair dryer but it did not work as well. So I definitely think this is good on wet hair and then style as usual. Will definitely buy this again. Very happy!
