Wish it was a coarser chopp.
It's always nice to have an emergency supply of onions around the kitchen. I expected these to be a coarsely chopped dried onion. What they are are finely chopped onions and as a result that makes it hard to determine what equals 1 chopped fresh onion. No matter, they will all be used up eventually.

My third time ordering
Far as dried items go, I can honestly say I can’t live without these in my pantry. This is a staple for making rice, marinating, chicken, or other meats. But my favorite is using them in my meatballs. They always smell fresh and work with everything that I make. They also toast up beautifully for any casserole.
