I've been struggling with GERD and LPR for the last 2 months. I've taken Omeprazole (20 mg) a day mostly and stopped treatment about a week ago. I Still had a few symptoms from GERD and LPR but they have been controlled for the most part with a good diet and Pepcid Complete for Flare-ups. During that time, I also developed strep throat and took antibiotics that gave me diarrhea within 2 days into treatment. I ordered this probiotics around the day I started my antibiotic treatment knowing I would probably develop diarrhea.My diarrhea was pretty common the day before I took my first capsule of the probiotic (between 5-10 times in a day). During that day, I made a mistake which made my GERD and LPR flare-up again. Today, I took the probiotics again a few hours before I took it yesterday and after taking my antibiotics I've already noticed less diarrhea and less liquid stools (mostly chopped up nuggets now). My diarrhea improved after 2 days of taking this probiotic for taking antibiotics.What's even crazier is that I didn't order this probiotic for my GERD and LPR, but today I've noticed both my symptoms (mainly a fever-like feeling) being more cooler (A REALLY GOOD THING) after eating. My Mother started taking a probiotic that cost $65. I was shocked at how much that product cost. I did research and found this product to have everything necessary to be effective. Almost the same as the product that cost $65. The lowest recommended CFU is 40 billion, and this product has 200 billion CFU (which is more than the one my mom takes)! This product does not have to be refrigerated, which signifies a more inferior quality product. It had more than enough strains (12) that covered the areas I was concerned with. Plus, you only have to take one pill daily, not two to four.I started taking this, and by the 2nd to 3rd day, my digestive system was very disruptive. I was in the bathroom with diarrhea, bloating, and gas. So much that I was concerned. But....after researching again, this proves that this product is working as it should. It is ridding my body of harmful bacteria. I am 60 years old and have never taken a probiotic before. I needed it, and I knew I needed it. I did not realize how much I needed it. This will be a subscribe and save item. I do not want to miss one day of taking this product.

I bought this when they had a sale on it. My only complaint is that I could only buy one bottle at that price.

I have IBS-D and for many years have suffered with 'flareups' that usually are triggered by stress. I'm not big on medications and always try to find a natural alternative to heal the body rather than cover up symptoms. This probiotic came up on one of my searches and with all the good reviews, why not take a chance on it? I haven't been on this probiotic long, around a month but the improvement in my IBS is enough to make me want to continue using this probiotic long term. There are very few days when I can comfortably leave my house and expect to enjoy more than an hour or two away (from the bathroom) and slowly those days are starting to be more and more. I don't have the cramping, gas, bloating or pains as often now. All I take probiotic every day, in the morning and that's it. They are small and easy to swallow. I'm really glad I started taking these probiotics and will continue to for however long Amazon has them available.

These probiotics have really straightened up my gut health. My bowel movements have become more frequent. I was diagnosed with ibs which meant no more ice cream. I’ve been able to eat all the ice cream I want of late. Good probiotics. This probiotic is great to keep your PH balance together and also for your digestive health I take one probiotic capsule every day and it has helped with my digestive system very much. I had another probiotic and they've been out of stock for awhile so I thought I would give these probiotics a shot. They're inexpensive and they do work! I'll be sticking with these probiotics!

Bought this product because both my daughter and I have problems with constipation and have tried fiber even worse. Now I have just eaten this for four days, and I have not had a bowel movement for four days. It is terrible and disgusting. I can only reduce the amount of food. I am very confused. Doesn’t this help constipation? Is anyone same as me?should I stop taking it or stick to it😢

I was having issues with bloating and upset stomach, after 5-6 days of starting to take this probiotics, I noticed a significant improvement. I felt more energetic,I forgot about the gut problem and bloating, I felt calm and confident. I do sometimes take two capsules in the morning. In 30 mins, I felt better. Now I've used this probiotic product for a couple months and wouldn't change to anything else. Keeps me regular and feeling great.
