A week ago I purchased the device and it is giving me a satisfactory performance till now, overall a good product, but little expensive

Sound not working and when I call amazon for replacement amazon told me that contact saragama but saregama company not contact me and told that serial number does not match

Looks defective, not sure
Parts are not right inside the case, something moves inside if you lift or rotate part left or right. Is this normal? Also not happy with sound quality. Volume in few modes like Bhakti and ghazal is very low. Radio channels for FM are not responding. Will charge fully and review back again.

Some moving parts inside it..!
I have just opened the packet, first of all it was not delivered in a sealed packet by Amazon. Second it is working ok but when I move it then it appears that there are some parts lose and moving inside it...! Don't know it's normal or not. I expected it to be of a great build quality but got disappointed.It's playing songs perfectly but this moving internal parts is a worry bcz I have ordered it to gift someone today itself... Therefore can't go for a replacement also. 🤔🥺
