Effective Light Therapy
The most difficult aspect of using these glasses was remembering first thing in the morning and being certain the item was charged. Charging took place as soon after using as possible by placing charger near morning seating. The glasses were also placed in box after charging and left near where I sat in the morning as visual reminder.Used consistently, the product relieved the sadness and melancholy normally experienced in the winter. The glasses did change the field of vision somewhat so tasks requiring detailed dexterity were left until after morning coffee. The glasses were simple and easy to use with the touch of a button and a great value for the money with a case and charger included.

Works, but has a strong smell that is taking time to air out
I recently took an overseas trip, and I was trying to fight jet lag by using the Timeshifter app. The idea is to be exposed to bright light, moderate light, or no light at various times. When it's dark on the airplane, it's hard to have bright light exposure since most people are sleeping, so I got this to help.At first I only got the blue light to come on; make sure to push the button before it flashes or you stay on that color and only change the time interval, which you can determine by 3 dots on the top.The light is fairly contained, and it's no worse than someone having on a reading light, but I think it helps with more direct exposure. This comes with a nice case and a USB plug to charge it, plus an alternate nose piece (the standard one worked fine for me).I'd really love this for jet lag, but for now, the odor is still too strong to use long enough to help. After a while, it even makes me cough. It might be fine for others who are less sensitive to scents, and hopefully, by my next trip, the smell will be less noticeable so I can actually use it for the full duration recommended.

It makes me dizzy and gives me a headache.
I guess this depends on each person, but I couldn't use it because it makes me feel dizzy and gives me a headache.

Unsure
I thought this might help with having more restful sleep and energy in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn't notice anything different other than saving electricity from not turning on the lights in the room.It isn't very big or heavy, though enough to feel that I'm wearing it. The light isn't extremely bright or irritating, so I didn't feel any negative effects.I wore them along with my prescription glasses since I didn't find it as comfortable with contacts on, but there was no way off telling if the frame was blocking the light in any way. This is certainly a lot cheaper than others which is a big plus if you want to try.

A really interesting twist to a SAD lamp
These glasses do exactly what they say they will, which is basically to be very bright for a set period of time and then turn off. You can choose either blue or white light, and then you can choose 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 45 minutes. They beep at 15 minute intervals to let you know you're counting down, and then they turn off when you're done. It's really just that easy. The light turns on, then slowly ramps up the brightness so it isn't a shock to the eyes. They do just suddenly and without warning turn off, though. It would be nice if they slowly ramped back down, but it's okay. It's easier to adjust to sudden dark than it is to sudden bright. And they are super bright, which is what you would expect from this type of product. As far as fit, they are oddly comfortable. I'd think they're big and bulky, but in reality they are almost as light and comfortable as my regular glasses. The little nose tab balances at the bridge of my nose and holds everyting in place, and while I obviously never forget that the insanely bright light is inches from my eyeballs, it's easy to ignore it for the time it's there once a day. And they kind of look like Geordi La Forge, so that's fun.It comes in a hard shell case that is perfectly sized to fit the glasses. Like, perfectly. They slide into place, they are firmly and securely held, and then it zips closed and it holds exactly as every case should but most do not. It's even a pretty light sky blue colour.

Lukirch Light Therapy Glasses, Portable & Wearable UV-Free Blue White
This is a way to get wearable light therapy for folks with SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder, instead of needing to use SAD lamps or such which tend to require you to be very close. This is on you, so goes with you while you are doing what you need in the morning. You pick a time when you want (or need) to get up and start wearing them. After some time you will help get your Circadian Rhythm back to where it needs to be. Practical approach to a common and serious problem. Good to pick a proper bedtime as well. Takes a bit of time, but will work.
