This stuff will burn you real bad if you take a hot shower or bath after!!! I learned the hard way! I was almost in tears! Please don’t do it! Get in cooler water, wipe off as much as you can before heating up your shower but even then it lingers!!!! It works and helps u sweat but again be CAREFUL

I wasn’t expecting this to work as well as it did. It really warms up and it causes you to sweat while you work it out. It helps to burn so many extra calories. It doesn’t have any harsh odors and it doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky.

This cream will make you sweat a lot during workouts. I started applying this to my stomach along with my waist trainer to help shed some extra inches. It works, but you have to be consistent. The cream has a fresh scent to it. I didn't feel any tingling, it just helps me sweat and is very moisturizing. I used it for a week straight and I've notice a difference in my love handles shrinking. I think it's a good addition while wearing my waist trainer. It works even better in a sauna.
