This was exactly what I needed I could not afford the magnets Hoops so I went old school and this really helped me line up my hoops correctly,

Machine embroidery raised work and hooping station for difficult to hoop objects like stretchy sleeves, t-shirts, baby clothes, wide pant legs, etc. two sizes boards are reversible and allows a raised area for detail work. Collapses for storage. Has two silicone grid mats that are useful for accurate measures and hot glue work if needed. The wood is unfinished and can cause slivers if not careful so I may varnish them, the slide connectors are plastic so item is overpriced. I will keep it as it is a one time purchase for my sewing room.

Not sure what I expected but two pieces of wood and a bracket was a little under whelming. Expensive for what it is but at the same time will come in very useful. Pity the mats aren't permanently stuck on. Delivery was quick.

This product is cheaply made. The mats are not permanently attachable. They slip and slide on top of the wood. The wood itself is very cheap. It is not finished on the edges, prone to slivers, chipping, and peeling. The overall structure slips and slides would not recommend which is quite disappointing because I really love all the other products that I have purchased from the Dime brand

When starting the embroidery journey, you want everything at once! However, most of us have to budget to get the items we want. This is not an inexpensive purchase. I left it in the box for at least a month after purchasing it. I finally put it together and now use it almost every time I need to hoop something. I only gave it 4 stars because it does tend to slip around. I tried rubber feet, but they caused the rubber mats not to lay flat. I am now using the rubber mat on the bottom, and it is working better. I am still glad that I have it!
