I was hoping to really like this brand of reishi spore oil because I was looking for something cheaper than the Dragon herb brand, but these softgels caused me upset stomach, instead the dragon herb spore oil is a perfect liquid gold with no side effects. Very mild effect close to almost no effect.Competitor's product is more price effective with similar effect.Edited after 6 weeks use - there is a mild improvement in mood and energy, so added two stars.Maybe it requires longer period for accumulation, hard to say now.

This is an excellent immune booster, in the same league as the Dragon Herbs Reishi spore oil, but I recommend this one to people who need it shipped internationally. Reishi calms cytokine storm as well.
