Only thing I dislike (which is no big deal at all) is that the size stamped on each airway is in MM and not the size number that is used in the USA. These are build very well, no sharp edges, smooth so it inserts easily. The case is a great extra. The case is heavy duty plastic and will hold up for a long time.You can't go wrong with this purchase.

Great OPA kit everything is organized in a hard box until you need it then it’s chaos as normal. Soft suction catheter work good inside it to remove any of the chunks. I like using the open sided ones better after using this type because they are easier to clean out quickly just pull out while someone else is suctioning and dump water down both sides and re inserted.
