Sturdy, urban-friendly scooter with great customer support—worth every penny
I live in New York City, so space and portability matter—and this scooter checks all the right boxes. It folds down easily and fits neatly on heavy-duty wall hooks I’ve installed (even without studs), which makes storing it indoors a breeze despite the weight. The build is solid overall, but one detail to flag: the latch that connects the handlebar stem to the deck is plastic. If you’re planning to hang the scooter from that point, you’ll want to unscrew it and add washers to relieve the pressure. I learned this the hard way after leaving it while on vacation—it dropped. Once I made that fix, it’s been rock-solid.Performance-wise, it handles my frame (around 180 lbs plus a heavy gym bag) without any issues. It maintains speed and range reliably, even navigating NYC’s stop-and-go traffic and pothole culture. It’s clearly engineered for real-world use.I also really appreciate the two-year warranty. My unit had minor shipping damage that wasn’t the company’s fault, and they were chill and quick to resolve it with replacement parts. I’ve never worked on vehicles before, but their guides made it surprisingly approachable to handle the minor repairs myself. One suggestion: I’d love to see future models include security bolts for the handlebars. In NYC, a determined thief with an Allen key could disassemble parts quickly. I solved this by filling the bolt heads with metal epoxy putty to slow down any tampering. The welded base and stem are otherwise extremely tough, and I use a long bike lock to secure it low to the ground. All in all, this scooter has been a reliable, smart investment for navigating the city with confidence and efficiency.

Well-Made Scooter
Beautiful compact scooter, has very smooth electric rear brake and sturdy front drum brake, and lucky enough to get a free app with it. The features are clear and easy to use, along with having handy blinkers for safer driving. The bonus is a hefty 287 lb weight limit. Definitely a good worthwhile purchase!

IDEAL FOR COMMUTING!!!
I weigh 250 lbs. and commute 2 miles to catch a bus and then another mile to my office and back 5 days a week. Scooter has the excellent torque everybody mentions and easily and quickly collapses to store under the bus for my commute and just as quickly unfolds and snaps into position for use (literally a couple of seconds). I've already used it in the rain multiple times. This is a very high quality scooter and considering the price, I'll simply quote a good friend and say "it's a SCORE!"

Good, As Described, Broken Tail Light
This beast does exactly what it says. The lights are bright and the ride is smooth. The acceleration is a bit underwhelming, especially going up hills as slight as 3%. The mechanical brake is a bit on the weak side, so give yourself some extra stopping distance. My biggest complaint is that the lens cover for the brake light arrived cracked with a piece missing, but it still works.Update: Just after the 30 days, the rear tire developed a slow leak. I've had to spend extra money to buy a portable pump and a bag to carry it in.

Terrible quality control
I’m about ready to return the second scooter in a row. The first one arrived in a damaged box that had been previously opened. I assembled the scooter only to find out that the rear fender was bent and the back wheel bent as well. When the second one arrived today, the box was so mangled and torn(and again, previously opened) that I didn’t even bother opening it. There were multiple shipping labels on it, indicating that it was probably returned at least once. None of this was disclosed. Waste of time. This company needs to get its act together. You advertise a previously returned item, you don’t sell it as new! I’ll probably end up getting a Segway; I wore my last one out. Excellent build quality and no issues.

Amazing build quality!
This is my first electric scooter and I am more than satisfied. The build quality feels really good and sturdy. I would say I was hoping the mobile application did more like lock the scooter or even register the scooter with an id which will help if the scooter gets stolen. I would also other comparable scooters in the market in this price range do include suspension but it has driven great even without that till now. I would highly recommend because of the build quality, the speed and range.

Good, but too heavy
I need to fold this and carry it with me when taking public transportation.40+ lbs is a too big burden for me. Think about subway stairs and long exchange hallways.I could pay more if they use light-weight material such as carbon fiber or aluminum.
