Easy to swallow, tasteless and I like to take it only once a day.

Its hard to really gauge the effectiveness of these supplements accurately, because its not like I developed magical laser vision or X-ray vision after taking them. lol. Although, looking at the ingredients, and doing some of my own research into the ingredients and what benefits they have for the body, its pretty easy to see that these softgels do offer good stuff for my eye care and overall health. They had not taste to them and were easy to swallow. I am glad that I ordered these, but do not think I can justify the price of them to continue to buy them because personally I did not experience any noticable differences in my sight when taking them.
