have a hormann garage door. it came with two remotes and i lost one. suspect fell from pocket on a bicycle ride. retraced my steps but never found it. followed you tube instructions to delete the lost remote from the garage door opener. looking at OEM prices i though i will chance my arm at a copy.arrived next day. instructions are on paper printed so small you need a magnifying glass to read however they also come with Q codes to you tube videos. so i used this way to clone my replacements to my only existing remote. however the instructions do say you can program these if you have no remote to clone off.you have to watch the video a couple of times because it starts showing you how to clear codes from the new remote first before cloning which caught me offguard watching on a phone. but the process it literally push button on new then on old. simple. both units worked immediatly after programming so i have retired the original to a safe place and am now using the cloned. excellent product looks and feels like the original and very happy. to people who have had problems in the 1 star comments i think you have just been unlucky

This was supposed to be a easy to pair replacent for my old Garador remote. Looks the same but in reality it is just a cheap copy with a flashing light. It would not pair with my door tried everything. Sent it back and got full refund

Product as ordered, but - Amazon stated delivery 3/6/24. It was delivered according to text at 20.06 - sadly the shop it was delivered to closed to customers at 20.00, therefore could only be collected 4/6/24 🙁
