Defective piece. No return and refund option available
Worst experience. Bought this fan. Item was defective. Now I am not able to get a return and refund. They said it has to be inspected by Havells technician, who came and said the item is defective. Later they say it has to be inspected by amazon technician, who doesn't turn up. I get a call from the Havells service saying they can get it repaired. Why pay for a defective piece!!!. Is this a joke. No ethics. Buy a brand new defective piece at full price and then beg for a replacement. Pathetic customer service. Beware of buying this!!!
