Edited version: These are SO low Cal, the texture is better than anything I've tried except the ones I make myself, but who wants to do that? I'm sensitive to weird flavors and after tastes and these are good, they take on the flavor of whatever you're eating and you actually feel like you're getting a hearty comfort food. I also eat these on the Egg Fast. Recipes below.(Note: The ramen is better for dishes with thick sauces and meat (spaghetti/alfredo dishes), as these ingredients help hold it on your fork . The Vermicelli is better for watery dishes because it gets balled up in dishes with thick sauces, though I'm fine using it for everything. It's easier to eat with a fork than the ramen if your dish is watery.)You'll probably want to tweak these ideas, but I love the lasagna sauce I make for these.To a small casserole dish, add about 3 to 4 oz of meat (your choice), 3 oz 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese (1oz = 2 Tbsp), 2 oz grated sharp cheddar (I like Extra Sharp White Cheddar (from Target), 125g or 1/3 cup of Michael Angelo's Tomato Basil Nonna's Secret Marinera.Heat til very hot and melted.Mix in 3 Noodle Revolution Packages, do not put back in oven/microwave, top with up to 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese.Heating the noodles too much will make them excrete water and make your dish watery. Just heat up everything else then mix it in, or heat for a short 1 to 2 mins. Unless you're making soup, then it's fine.Chicken noodle soup: 1 can of chicken, 1/2 can of broth, 1-2 Top Ramen spice packets. I make it simple, but you can add veggies and other spices.Top Ramen, exchange ramen noodles for Noodle Revolution, add 2 ramen spice packets.Egg Fast Alfredo Sauce (Keto) This also reminds me of mac n cheese.1 Tbsp butter2 Ounces 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese1 Ounce Sharp Cheddar3 Tbsp Parmesan CheeseMelt in oven or microwave then add 3 packets of Noodle Revolution.I like the 1/3 less fat cream cheese because there's already so much fat in the other cheeses and butter. Helps to reduce calories.

Great low cal high protein noodle substitute
These are great for people who are looking for a low calorie high protein noodle substitute. But each bag only has a small quantity. So I need to put 2-3 bags together to make it a meal for me. But even with 3 bags you are only talking 135 calories for a whopping 30 grams of protein, without all the saturated fats of meat, and without the carbs of pasta. Plus most pasta, except edamame pasta, don't give you this much protein. I also like edamame pasta, but then you are eating more calories for the same amount of protein, and the texture of edamame pasta is more al dente than this pasta which is soft. So texture wise it would depend on your preference. I also like how quick and easy it is to make. You just drain the water from the bag, put it in a bowl, and heat it up in the microwave. I usually add the sauce after I heat it up, but you can do it either way. I also like it in soup, or stir fried with olive oil and vegetables.

Close to the Real Thing!
Wow! These are the closest thing to actual pasta in all my years of searching and trying alternative, no-carb products. The look, texture, and consistency are very close to actual pasta. The taste is fine, non-descript. I served them with my favorite marinara which is delicious.These noodles are easy to prepare. I actually just rinsed them in warm water, drained them and put the hot, fresh made pasta sauce right on top. The temperature was perfect. I purchased the angel hair pasta, very tiny but the noodles held their shape. The spaghetti is what I wanted to try, but it was sold out. That tells me consumers are like it, yes?The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the serving size. All three packs made up one serving for my husband, 2 packs for myself (adult) and one pack each for the kids (age 7 and under). That is 8 packs needed for one meal making them less friendly on my budget. But, this product is on the right track. It is worth a try folks. It may be just what you are looking for in your diet. I can't wait to try the spaghetti noodles!

I got shorted.
I did enjoy the noodles, however I paid for 4 packs (2 of each type ), there were only 2 packs (1 of each type) in the box.So I ended up paying over $16.00 for 2 packs. They were good, but not that good. 🫤

These are a winner!
Very difficult switching to a low carb non processed way of eating and these will definitely help. I have tried other options and the taste and texture didn’t work for me. These are much closer to regular taste and texture so I will be ordering more. I hope they come out with more egg transformations and also that the price can be brought down. Hard to replace a low cost food with high cost alternatives but worth it to switch to a healthier way of eating.
