Perfect for Little Space Explorers!
I bought the LEGO DUPLO 3in1 Space Shuttle Adventure set for my nephew, who’s obsessed with planes and space, and it’s already a huge hit. The pieces are just the right size for little hands, and the build is simple enough for a 3-year-old to engage with while still keeping them excited. The 3-in-1 design is a great feature—he loves transforming it from a rocket to a plane and back again. The astronaut figures add a fun, imaginative element, and it's been a blast watching him “blast off” on his own little space missions. Plus, I like how it introduces basic science concepts without feeling too complicated. So far, it’s been a fantastic gift. It encourages creative play, and I can already see how much he’s learning from it. Highly recommended if you have a little space enthusiast in your life!

Tonssss of fun….
What a great little kit, enough and more to keep little ones occupied for a while (or big ones lol)The set comes as a 3 in 1 so you can create three models using the same parts - genius. You can also create your own models, the limits are endless.Good value for money, recommended.

3... 2... 1... Blast off! 🚀
The media could not be loaded. Just when I thought my 4 year old grandson was done with DUPLO, along comes this 10422 3in1 Space Shuttle Adventure. This is set 10,422 and consists of 58 pieces. It's an exciting Duplo set for children aged around 3-7 who love space and adventure. Although my granddaughter is not yet 2, she played with it too and they both created their own rocket. ❤️They love Duplo - it inspires building imagination. The sturdy plastic construction ensures that the set is both durable and safe for little hands. The set features a 3in1 space shuttle with 2 turning cogs, a propeller, swinging doors, a wire cable that winds, a flashing light brick, 2 astronaut figures, an alien (the green 3-eyed block) a spanner, a big cup and various accessories. It is 100% better than the previous version which my grandchildren have - Duplo 10944 Space Shuttle Mission Set - compared to this, it is basic and boring. It comes with a simple picture instruction booklet, making rocket science building a doddle even for nana.As with all Duplo sets, it's well worth the money. The pieces from this set are interchangeable, and they can be combined with other sets to create new and limitless designs.

My 3 year old's first Lego set... Loved it!
I have a little girl who has literally only just turned 3 and have been super keen on her having her first Lego set. I've never had a DUPLO set before, and I really enjoyed putting this together with my little one.Pros:• Bigger blocks so easier for younger ones to build with• Reliable Lego instructions• Educational aspect• Cute little light brickCons:• None yetIn the set, you get your standard expected bags of Lego and all the different parts you need including the little characters which my little girl immediately played with.It was really nice to do this sort of thing with my toddler. She's literally only just turning 3 so I've not attempted this level of complexity with her before, and I was excited to engage her with the instructions.I have the LEGO builder app but she responded way better to paper instructions and having it infront of us. It was great being able to ask her to get me certain shaped parts, and build it together. She inevitably got distracted at different points, but mostly she was engaged about building it.I built it how it was recommended first time. It took around an hour with intermediary play and general toddlerdom, but it wasn't too long for us.The result is an awesome and good-sized space rocket with a little propellor, a hanging hook for tea which adds an aspect of roleplay to the little characters which my little girl just loved. The twisty Earth/sunshine on the separate base were a bit lost on her in terms of meaning but we'll get there. She likes playing with them anyway! She the space man plays with them too.And of course the alien is one of the best parts and she's not really had an intro to aliens yet so it was nice to explain the concept of them in this scenario to her.I really like mostly too that it's all durable enough for her to actually play with. It's stuck together enough for it to not fall apart when actually played with, and the little light brick is a super cute feature.Overall, I'd totally recommend this and definitely for a 3 year old if your child is ready to start building and has the patience for following instructions. I thought it was a great activity to do with her and look forward to showing her we can rebuild it.Great set and will definitely get her more!
