Healthy and tasty at the same
So I am on a weight loss journey. I was a little over 200 pounds. Now i am at 185 pounds within three weeks. I have been trying different snacks to avoid from gaining any unnecessary extra weight. I must admit snacking on these goji berries have really helped me.I was drink nearly half a gallob of water every day & exercising just putting in the work to lose weight. And had not seen any results until after I started eating these goji berries. Now I'm literally losing a pound a day. I feel more alive. I feel more healthier. I can move around better. At the age of 40 I am feeling great. This is probably the best I've felt since before having kids and my youngest just turned 21. For those of you that are skeptical about purchasing this item, dont be. Just try it. You can also make a good herbal tea out of it. They get a little crunchy when you put them in cereal because of the cold milk. These goji berries have a natural sweet taste,That I love and enjoySo I am on a weight loss journey. Great Gojis
I’ve ordered these too many times to count now. Best deal on organic goji berries that I have found. Of course they are dried- I add a scoop to my tea every morning so they are nice and plump by the time the tea is ready. Also add to water bottles for extra flavor and nutrients. So good!

Yummy goji berries
I just discovered Goji berries when I changed to Raw Vegan. I can't believe I went this long without having used them. I made chia pudding with hemp seeds, coconut nectar, shredded coconut, almond milk and goji berries. What a nice treat for breakfast of dessert. Highly recommend this brand and they are organic. I've bought this brand a few times now an always pleased. These goji berries were fresh and full of nutrients and of course smell great.

awesome in oatmeal made in the slow cooker
My first experience of Goji berries was that they were difficult to eat. But my friend suggested cooking them with my oats and they became soft and delicious. I hope that since I'm cooking them on low that they aren't losing nutrients (or, if they are, they are losing them to the water that I'm eating with the oats). Glad to be able to include this nutritious, very tasty berry in my diet.

A not so sweet berry.
An interesting berry. It's not very sweet. It has a ton of seeds. I like to use them with carrots, apple, and yellow bell pepper in a fruit smoothie. Good for eye improvement. They work well.

Goji Berries: A Superfood
I recently incorporated these goji berries into my daily routine, and I'm pleased with the purchase. I combine 1/4 C of them with 1/4 C of blueberries and end up with a perfect snack. They're packed with good things and have the right balance of sweet and tart flavors.

These Gogi berries were a complete waste of money
These berries were dry to the point of being crunchy. They had a strange and unappetizing taste unlike other Gogi berries I have had in the past. Maybe they were just very old. It is a food product so I know I am not able to return them. I will put them out for the birds and squirrels. If they don't eat them I will throw them in the trash.
