Overall quality is good,only thing missing is the laptop sleeve.

I have been using it since last 2 weeks. What I really liked is the base of this bag is much stronger than the bags in this price category. Zippers are very smooth. Due to padded straps, the shoulders don't feel any kind of load/burden. In this price range, I found it to be the best, as I had ordered 4-5 bags simultaneously to choose the best. Also, 2 yrs of warranty is a great deal.
