I have been wearing a rigid neck brace since having cervical surgery 6 weeks ago. I was told I could use a soft/flexible support while in the house at the 6 week mark. This support is just right for while I'm just sitting in front of the TV, or sitting in front of my PC. The velcro is strong enough to stay put, but not so strong that my arthritic fingers can't open it (as in another model I tried). The material is some type of silk blend, or silk-like blend. It can be a little warm at some times, but not intolerable. Oh, it supports the front of your neck, but there is no support to keep your head from going backwards. It's ok for me because I will be using the rigid one when outdoors or driving, shopping, etc.

This adjustable cervical collar definitely helps with neck pain relief—especially during travel, naps, or long hours at the desk. The soft foam is comfortable, and the red color makes it look less medical. They are great for sleeping. I own three. I think that says it all.

I have an "average" female neck ( measured) and no way would this go around it. Health wise, I could not physically return it. Fortunately, not much money. Since seller did nothing wrong, I'm just commenting on it being on small side.

I'm disappointed because it wasn't sturdy enough for my neck I've still got it but I can't use it! 😠

My mouth would flop open with my CPAP, so I purchased this to help keep my mouth closed. It really works well for me. It might not work as well for someone with a longer neck, though. I have an average neck. I like that the hook and loop fastener doesn't tangled in my hair, just as the manufacturer stated on the product page. I bought the red, which is more wine colored.

I found it a bit too stiff for me.

While the brace felt somewhat rigid (perhaps intentionally so), I'd suggest reconsidering the height of the front portion. For me, it felt too tall, forcing my chin upwards and misaligning my neck. This might be something to address in the design or when purchasing.
