I started using this herb primarily as a galactogogue to establish breastmilk supply during the early days after delivery, and I still take it religiously 3x daily to maintain it. I believe that this herb, in combination with Fenugreek and Moringa, helps me maintain my supply in spite of being an exclusive pumper. I appreciate that I am able to get this in 2 days as part of my prime membership at a reasonable price.For those interested: Shatavari, a type of wild asparagus, that in native to the sub-continent of India, has been used for millennia in Indian traditional medicine that everyone knows as “Ayurveda”. It is beneficial in many ways for women’s fertility and reproductive health - in fact, the word Shatavari itself means “she who has a 100 husbands”. That right there speaks volumes about the efficacy of this herb for that particular function! In addition to being an aphrodisiac and galactogogue, it also treats acidity and aids in rejuvenating the body (among other benefits that I’m not fully aware of).

I was having hot flashes that lasted maybe ten minutes a piece about every 20 minutes night and day. It was really affecting my life on all levels. When I started taking this, it helped almost right away. My mood improved, the hot flashes were cut way down from dozens and dozens a day to maybe ten, which feels much more manageable to me. It also helps my mood and energy levels. I feel like myself, not like I'm medicated or full of hormones and all the side effects that come with it for me. I highly recommend giving this a try.

Excellent product

Bought this because I’m 11 months postpartum and feeling like my hormones were making me moody and I needed to get back on track. I used about half a bottle and thought maybe it didn’t really do anything, so I stopped taking it. Well, a few weeks later I started back up and WOW - I guess I just wasn’t paying attention! All of the sudden I felt normal again. My breast milk supply increased, especially in the mornings. I will definitely keep buying. The only negative is that I wish it came in a larger bottle with a bulk discount.

I’ve been taking this supplement for about a month now with no ill-effects. It’s a nicely packaged bottle and the pills are large-ish but easy to swallow. I don’t think I’ve been taking it long enough to be able to conclusively say that it’s made a difference in my health but I do feel more energetic and am inclined to believe it’s due to this supplement.

The package arrived very quickly and looks exactly like described. I'm not sure yet how it works and what are the results going to see as I just started taking it, but I've heard from my aunt that this supplement works like magic, especially when you're trying to get rid of menopausal hot flashes. So we will see, but I truly looking forward to see and feel these results as soon as possible.

I love that the dosage and dosing was clear. Easy to take. Great soothing for sme crazed hormones. My chin was breaking out in large, icky acne which I know is a clear sign when my hormones are out of whack. Started taking this Shatavari and in about 2 weeks my skin was 90% better and I feel pretty even-keeled. Glad I tried this brand. I have been taking Shatavari for many years and this brand is proving to be great and priced well.

Instead of buying those pre-made tablets, I decided to look up the ingredients myself to make sure that I was getting the most I can to make breast milk for my daughter. I’ve tried other brands before, but this one kicked in immediately and aided me in making my supply. At times, I struggle with making 2 oz while pumping. This doubled my supply to 4. I feel now confident knowing I can produce her milk and that I’m doing everything I can to ensure she’s healthy and strong.
