It’s really heavy!!!At first i hesitating to purchase it because it’s expensive and i was scared that the quality might be bad but this one is definitely worth every penny and it was easy to assemble

After taking lessons at Club Pilates, I was tired of not getting into classes I jumped on board and bought this reformer. It’s so much better than I expected. This product began to show its quality after the seller contacted with great communication for delivery and fast shipping and their overall way of communication is over the top. Also, the product itself is great. Sturdy, strong, and very easy to assemble, and it’s a great size that is for all.I’m so satisfied and very happy with my product and cannot wait to purchase more since this was a great value for my money.

The media could not be loaded. STRONG 500 Pound machine. This Pilates Cadillac is strong enough for studio use so it will last forever for home use. This is a solid machine. It’s very heavy.It’s excellent quality. It comes with all of the pieces pictured and more because there are some gifts and extra pieces in the box. There are extra hands grips and extra screws, extra straps and a few more goodies. It is very versatile. You can adjust how tall you want your machine to stand by how low you set the poles. My machine arrived earlier than anticipated too. Once it ships, it arrives within one week.It is shipped to America by ABS Freight. If you go to the ABS Website and input your tracking number, you can keep track of your package after it is shipped.It’s shipped in a good sized Shipping Container through ABS Freight Company The entire base of the machine is already assembled.I feel like the product is assembled after purchase which is why it may take 4 weeks to ship because after shipping, it only took one week to arrive. I am here to say that this machine is well worth the wait because it comes with all the bells and whistles and so many extras.The machine performance is Quiet, Strong, Smooth like butter, and oh so fun !!When I bought it. There were no reviews yet and I had heard nothing about the Company STSERT ZONE so I was really taking a chance but I’m glad that I took that chance.I wanted to make a nice review so that others can see that this is a Beautiful Legit Studio Pilatus Cadillac Machine.I live in America and it took 4 weeks to ship, one week after shipping, to arrive.It arrived with no damage and the Beautiful Hardwood construction is Extremely Solid. The 4 Cadillac Poles are very heavy, solid and strong.The product instruction video here on the Amazon App is extremely helpful and very useful. I assembled my machine along with the video.I’m glad that I took the chance. Especially with such an expensive purchase and I hope that my review, and the two other initial reviews out there now, help others to go ahead and make the decision to purchase.

Easy to assemble…just as good as the ones in the Club Pilates studios only 1/2 the price.

Like you, I wasn't very familiar with this brand, but I decided to take a chance – and it was a risk worth taking! The quality is outstanding: American maple wood structure, buttery smooth finish, ultra-fiber leather, and smooth wheels! Plus, it comes with a ton of accessories. The price really surprised me, and I’m becoming more and more confident in STSERT ZONE. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I can't wait to see more reviews because it truly deserves the praise. Oh, and if you have any issues, just reach out to their customer service! They are amazing. All you need to do is wait for it to arrive and call a friend to help unload, but it’s all totally worth it!

2 people are needed to safely move and assemble the unit.It's made of American maple, and the cushion is nice and thick. I can do all of the exercises comfortably. Highly recommend.
