I'm over 60, and my energy levels has been terrible since the last viral hit I got in June of 24. In the past, I've used water supplements to help with recovery after a workout, and I've bought aminos pills, and know how beneficial they are.2 scoops of this product mixed in a bottled water, makes a HUGE difference, sometimes the difference of having to stay in bed all day, to being strong enough to do chores and sit up for a whole movie. I'm happy that this works for me.

Absolutely love this for energy and a nice tasting drink both pre-workout during the workout and after the workout. The taste is great along with the quality I’ve never had any issues with the jitter or texture of this stuff. Grape is my absolute favorite But this berry was good as well

A friend introduced me to this product. And it works very well for me. I do drink it before/during a workout. But I also take it to work and it helps give me a little energy and keeps me hydrated during my shift. I usually don't like anything berry flavored, but the other flavor of this specific one was not available. But I will mix it with a little juice to dilute the berry taste.

Same great quality as always from ON but this flavor is great. I hope that it becomes popular so that they keep it on the market. It was hard to find.

Great Product

We got hooked on this when it was at Costco. Alas, we can no longer find it at our Costco. I just can’t believe I spent almost 50.00 on drink mixes. Not again. We will find an alternative.
