Very flavorful
Used minimal on steak before grilling and it was tremendous. Has good flavor and it's not too salty. Will buy again in the future and try on other kinds of beef

No fake smoke flavor.
I liked it had no added smoke flavors. I also liked that it had the main ingredients of sugar, salt, garlic, onion, and pepper. The sugar will be good for caramelizing when broiling prior to roasting pork ribs or other meats.

FANTASTIC
I think I have finally found my go to beef rub/seasoning. For years I have been a staunch Montreal seasoning advocate. However, I think that has now been dethroned. Give it a shot you won’t be disappointed.
