I have purchased 3 Xiomi cameras. They worked for a few days and then started having issues. My cameras are under warranty period so I got a replacement. Now the replacement camera is not working either. Really terrible service. They don't come home. We need to drop the cameras to service center every time there is a problem. Very inconvenient. Really bad.

The product is very good. You have multiple options and you can rely on the notifications. It send notifications when there is a small motion as well.

This is my first CCTV for home and it was quite easy to set it up as a first time user.Just follow the instructions, connect to 2.4GHz WiFi network and there you are!Some points to note -1. Doesn't come with a microSD card. You need one, get one. Supports up to 256GB card.2. Only supports 2.4GHz of bandwidth.Night pictures are really well lit, sample photo attached for reference.All in all, quite happy with the purchase!

its a good cam, works fine, the best thing I liked is the night vision it gives great clarity in that. the 360 is not a complete 360 m using a verticle view so I want to move the cam little upwords to get the complete view but it doesn't move. so I get a partial view but it works for me its ok but it should move.
