I wanted to give this item a chance. I should have trusted the reviews. I installed mid March 2024, seemed to work just fine. We were happy. This weekend, May 5 2024, found out that it’s no longer is working. Hoping the seller or manufacturer will stand up and refund as I’m outside the 30 day return policy for Amazon.

Stopped working after a few months
Seemed to work for a bit, but after a few months it stopped working, it might be in an error mode or something, but since theres not much info on this product out there, its hard to diagnose.

Great product! Worth every penny.
We decided to convert our hot tub over to salt water and researched several chlorine generators. Do not let the much cheaper price fool you - it works just as good as the more expensive ones. Suggest using a timer that controls unit but this is not needed.

Seems to work well water is nice and clear. I do one treatment a week.
