Quiet, but low airflow
The media could not be loaded. The fan feels much weaker than 100 CFM. I see similar 4" duct fans online that are rated for 65 CFM. I have several 100 CFM bathroom fans and they are much stronger than this. If I put my hand in front of the exhaust, I can feel that air is only blowing out around the edges of the duct. I held a paper towel in front of the exhaust side and it actually got sucked in at the middle (see video). The fan runs quietly, however vibration is transmitted to the wall. This should be hung or mounted with rubber grommets, weatherstripping or similar to isolate vibration.Power draw is 15w at 120v.The fan blades are plastic, so don't use too close to a heat source such as a fireplace.I think this fan will work fine for a continuously ventilated environment like a plant room. I wouldn't put it inline with an exhaust fan because the motor blocks too much air. It doesn't move enough air to use as a pressure sensitive makeup air supply or whole house positive pressure fan.

Piece of junk
Can’t even use it!!! Vibrates like crazy and makes a whistle sound when running. Don’t buy!!!Made very cheap. I just bought an all-plastic one that works better.

Better suited to light ventilation work
This is not very large or very strong. It cannot blow the dust off my work bench. It is quiet though and uses very little power. It would be great for moving air like in a bathroom as they suggest.Maybe it can work for a tiny grow tent. The price is fine for what you get. Just check the specs and air flow rate.

Booster Fan
This is a fairly standard 8" HVAC booster fan. Instead of hardwired, this comes with a standard grounded plug for easy installation. This is meant to go inline. One side is straight, flat and the other is crimped to insert into a vent. This only has one speed, but it'll work with a fan controller to adjust the speed. This moves a decent amount of air without being overly loud. It does give off sound and potentially vibration. Turn this on before fully installing it in case you need to better balance the blades to reduce noise and vibration. Overall this is a decent choice, but probably not worth a premium.
