Used this under a dress for a 50’s party and it was perfect. If you are short it will be a little longer on you so you cannot wear it with a shorter skirt or dress.

Ordered for work party. Ordered size recommended, tighter around waist than preferred and longer than my dress. Shortened length by pulling it up higher but I could feel the tulle sticking me. Seems we'll made and maybe I can wear with something else.

Too tight and didn't hang low enough to show at the bottom of the skirt.
