They seem to be well made overall with a thick flexible bottom and a decent knit for the sock....I found the sizing to be slightly off with one of the shoes not having enough height to firmly grip daughters ankle kept coming off only pair that has done so

I chose 9-12 for my 10month old and these were really large, too long and way too wide, like comically wide for a baby foot. I don’t see a baby filling these out without multiple pairs of socks on. Her other shoes are sized 3 but they’re a tight fit and laced shoes so I was hoping these were like a size four but honestly I can’t say other than they’re too large. The bottoms do say 12.5 so if you’re used to that type of sizing maybe you know the size conversion for your child. So if you order a 9-12 you’re getting 12.5 In case that helps.

My little one is quite a chunk, so finding shoes for her is always an adventure, because either they fit the length of her foot but are too tight, or they fit the girth of her foot but are too long.The only other shoe I’ve been able to find that doesn’t bother her are little moccasins, but they don’t have hard soles, so they get mushy real easy this time of year outside.These are stretchy and forgiving, but still sturdy enough to stay on. It’s not a battle trying to stuff her little feets into these, which makes both of us happy!The pattern is super cute, I love the vintage white and pink colors.They definitely are not waterproof though, and have little ventilation holes. So while the bottom of the feet are going to stay dry, going through damp grass is probably going to get their feet wet.That’s a reasonable compromise for us though to have a shoe that she likes, and since they are well ventilated, drying doesn’t seem like it’ll be an issue.We are happy with these! I’d recommend to anyone, but especially to others who struggle to find comfy shoes for their chubby babies 😊
