DO NOT BUT THIS. I have had for about a month. The other day, I put on the bukour feature and the WHOLE machine lit on FIRE. DO NOT BUY THIS. This is a healthy and safety hazard. This product should be re called. Now I have a machine that does not work at all and completely burnt and damaged. What is the point of buying this.

Missing a piece
Hi,I tried to find a way to contact the seller privately but I am unable to.I love the item however there is a piece missing. My item arrived without the tray to put over the coil, I have tried many bakhoors and they are catching fire.I ordered the product a second time for a friend and she received the tray which goes over the coil and she has had no issues.Please can you send me the tray as I am scared to use the bakhoor option as it keeps catching fire.Thank you.

Burner doesn’t work as described, cable is lose and does not give power have to hold or tie the power cable

Good enough
Good enough, very good price for what it is. It's nice that you can easily control it through the app but its not handy to not have at least the volume bottom on the thing itself.

It is good but battery life is bad and also takes long time to charge, hard to clean the bakhoor, the button functions isn't the greatest. It let's out a good amount of smoke
