This actually works! We’ve tried everything else and nothing would ever wake up my 16 year old. Now he actually can get up to his own alarm and get ready himself for school. Life changing for sure!!!

I love this product! Wakes me up in the morning, I live alone and I find it hard to wake up for work. I’ve had to use 2 alarm clocks before but this, gets rid of that hassle. I’m in healthcare and need to walk up by 4:45am every day, this alarm clock does the job! The alarm is LOUD loud, loud! But you can adjust its volume to your liking. And I do like using the vibrating feature as double insurance, slight thing to say is that vibrator cord isnt the longest so I have to have my alarm clock somewhat near my bed, but amazing! Buy this alarm clock… oh yeah, needs a wall outlet, you can use battery ONLY to back up your alarms if your power ever were to go out but does NOT allow batteries to just run the machine. DONT LET THAT STOP YOU! wake up on time with me and let’s get money PERIOD.

I’m a deep sleeper and usually sleep through all 25 alarms on my phone plus the 2 across the room. This alarm was the only 1 I set, and I get up with such ease. Put the vibration pod under my pillow and with that and the loud beeping, it does the trick. It’s sleek, loud, performs well and was definitely worth the money.

Worked as it should at first. Never seemed overly loud though. Then month in developed a weird faint noise with the screen at full brightness(goes away with screen off and gets louder with every increase in brightness, explain that).Pretty sure it's had days where only one of two alarms or neither went off.Now the only way to shut off the vibrator is to unplug it.

Initially product seemed like a good purchase. Loud, dimmable display, dual alarm, and intense vibration woke me every time. There was another time when the vibratoration didn't go off. Assumed I unplugged cord a little. So, I unplugged it and plugged it back in to ensure the next time wasn't disconnected, but wasn't convinced this was since the alarm was is placed on a shelf at the head of my bed inches away from the vibration piece under my pillow and it didn't seem to be unplugged when disconnecting and plugging it back in.Today, I had 2 alarms set. Neither went off. My cellphone backup alarm woke me up. Looked at the clock. The alarm and vibration symbols were flashing for the 1st alarm, but no sound, etc. Decided to test it by changing only the minutes to a minute later than my current time and miraculously it worked.Oh! When doing this I noticed the clock time was also off by 6 minutes, which means it's running slow. I initially used me phone to set the time. So, it should have stayed the same.Seen other reviews after purchase and apparently it's common for this to stop working, but I'm surprised how quickly I started see early warning signs compared to other people.I can't have an unpredictable alarm clock. So, I'm returning the product.

My daughter is a very hard sleeper and needed something to wake her up. THIS did. She likes that she has to hit the snooze button on the vibrating button in her pillow.We had an issue with it and the return window just closed. They sent us a new one, no problem. Great customer service.If you are a hard sleeper or hard of hearing, this is a great alarm clock.
