Nylabone Dinosaur Dental Dog Chew Toy

My dog loved this toy. He would chew on it for ages at a time. The only issue I had with it is in terms of longevity, it's not great. He could only seem to chew on the head of the dinosaur so that wore down very quickly. The rest is intact but he can't/won't work those areas. At least if it was the classic bone shape, he would get to use both ends and it would last longer.

The product arrived quickly and was well packaged with a number of other dog toys.The Nylebone at first appearance looked like it was up to the task. But with a few short hours the tail and most of the head were completely gone.I wouldn't classify this a hard wearing. More like medium. I have a number of others that far out lasted this.If asked would I buy again. No probably not. It wasn't terribly expensive but not an afternoon's worth of entertainment.

Holly came from a shelter and is a heavy chewer, although not destructive. She has two, one smooth bone and this spiky dinosaur, which is her favorite and her teeth are sparkling white. After 9 months of heavy use it's lost its head and is getting noticeably smaller, but will last for a few more months yet before it needs replacing. Highly recommended.

My dog lacked interest in this, I think it may be due to the colour and it not being noticeable enough for her.Can’t really comment on durability as it hasn’t been chewed yet ( she’s had it a month)....I suppose each dog to there own, probably more ideal to a puppy as is made well enough

Purchased for a Mastiff-GSD puppy. She is 42kg at 9 months age. We were struggling to find something to satisfy her chew urge (very heavy chewer). This product is brilliant. As good as the original bone shaped Nylabone but more substantial and the shape provides a bit more interest than just the standard bone shaped ones we seem to get in all the UK pet shops.

My puppy chews everything!! This is the only toy he has not destroyed (had for quite a while now!) and is a life saver as a distraction when he becomes v hyper.

Great for strong chewers. my lhasa Percy has been chewing away at this and nothing falls off, very safe

I bought this for my Bichon Frise as a birthday present. He's always enjoyed Nylabone toys and they've always lasted a long time, but this has been destroyed in less than a day. It's also a lot smaller than their other products and would be a choking hazard for slightly bigger dogs. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product- it is just money down the drain. Stick to the Nylabone originals.
