I have very thin brows due to over plucking in my younger years!! I’ve tried many brow pencils in the past and the elf pencil is something I’ve only recently discovered!! But honestly I will never use other brand again ! Elf is a really good price! It’s so easy to use, it’s waterproof, doesn’t smudge!! And stays on all day!! I re-apply every couple of days!! I 100% recommend the elf waterproof brow pencil!!

I have always used a pencil to complete and colour my brows. As this 'pen' was such a good price and had my colour choice of dark blonde I thought to give it a try. So pleased I did. It's so easy to use and gives such natural results. Will definitely reorder.

Easy to use. I am able to get fair definition to my very fair eyebrows. The brush is handy to blend the pencil into the hair. Would buy again

I really like this, it is so much better than an eyebrow pencil. Easy to apply and has the brush to brush your eyebrows as well.

The pencil bit is very thin so press lightly or it snaps. The brush is ok. It needs brushing in well and go lightly as can look harsh if applied wrong. It's ok , it does the job but I won't buy it again as I have used better and easier to blend ones. I used dark brown and it is is dark , suit black hair and very dark hair .I ha e bleached hair but my eyebrows are dark - not sure it's a good look ha 😀

I like the colour and how easy it us to use. It makes my brows look thicker and much better than a previous one I used. The brush is really good and sturdy.

Love the colour and it's the only eyebrow pencil that stays put for me. Doesn't last very long if you're using it daily so I didn't give five stars but still not bad for the price.

I have always used brow powder but as I'm aging, it just wasn't looking quite right anymore. Enter this little gem ....I ran across this while searching for other options and at $3, even if it didn't work, I wasn't out much money. But it did work and it looked terrific! It was so easy to work with and came with a built on spoolie...all for $3.00. I am hooked! I don't do reviews often unless something is very good or very bad and this is very good. If you are debating buying this or debating between this and another brand, buy this! I mean how can you go wrong for the price? I have sweated heavily with this on and it stayed put. Looks great, waterproof, staying power and $3. I'll be buying more like right now 🙂

Transitioning to my natural white / silver hair taupe seemed to been my only option for brow colour. All the greys I tried looked to stark. This is a silver/grey highlighting my brows but not giving that over done cartoonish look. I almost feel like stockpiling them incase it is ever discontinued!

Highly recommend would purchase again!!. I've tried 20 other brands from high-end to low end. this does not smear goes on smooth. I use the light taupe color. and I have dark mahogany brown hair with dark eyebrows. And blue eyes, the taupe turns out to be a soft brown When you put it on. excellent price, I'll purchase for a long time. It doesn't have any smell. My skin does not seem to have any reaction to it and it never smears!! Great product, beautiful color some other products are just to dark an some are to light. This is just perfect!!

I bought this eyebrow pencil more for under the eye because I find regular eyebrow. Pencils are too harsh put it under my eye. This works great. The colour is beautiful. I would definitely buy this again
