I have no idea why but I feel like this helps my immunity
I take this daily plus some other vitamins and supplements. I have no actual proof that the propalis does anything BUT I am sick way less often than any of my co-workers. I did get a cold this year and it was totally gone within one week which is very fast for me. I have no idea why but I feel like this helps my immunity. Puritans Pride makes good quality stuff.

I’ve loved it for years!

A Fine Product in General, But Not For Me
My doctor's nurse/practitioner recommended this product to me to bolster my allergy pills during a rough period. I found them easy to take, with no ill effects. Unfortunately, it didn't help my allergies. Still, with all the recommendations I've seen from other users (plus my n/p is excellent and her advice usually spot-on) I can only say that it's probably a terrific product, just not for me.
