Great for reducing friction and blisters from sports (soccer).

I wish I would have found this product sooner, I just got back from a runDisney event where I ran in a 10k and a half marathon in consecutive days. This product was a life saver. Typically I end up with friction blisters on the balls of my feet on runs longer than a 10k; that did not happen this time. I felt no burning at all even though my feet were sliding back in forth in my running shoes. I cannot wait to use this product again at my next run event or even during training.

Best product I've ever used for my feet during Disney. In past trips, I've suffered a lot of horrible blisters that made my Disney days harder. But after putting on a bunch of these, I returned to the hotel with no blisters! Highly recommend if you suffer blisters easily at the parks!

It works perfectly but you have to put 2 if you are going to play hard

Does it work for a workout yes. Did it last for a full day, no. I'll be in military boots for a month an my heels always get beat up, was hoping this would hold up for a decent amount of time but it rolls and sticks to my socks and makes things worse.

Perfect for 4 days in sweaty Florida heat. 4 FULL Disney days. Wore tevas, no socks. No blisters, used over varicose vein on my thigh too and for whatever reason the pain went away- maybe just because it was blocked from sun, no idea, but i recommend trying it.
