Keto pizza mix
I am type 2 diabetic and therefore need to carefully watch my carbohydrate intake. Indeed i tend towards a keto diet. As I do like pizzas I therefore decided to try this product.I was delightfully surprised when I made my first pizza.I was indeed somewhat sceptical reading the instructions: no proving time for a start. But nevertheless I followed the instructions and cooked my first pizza (ever, actually) on a brand new electric pizza oven (first time with that as well)The result was, to my great surprise, absolutely perfect and delicious.Once again I can enjoy the delights of pizza.

Easy and delicious
This was easy to make. Guilt free pizza. My husband did not make any comments or think it was not a regular pizza crust.

Try as Deep Dish
No keto crust will ever taste as good as a wheat/corn mean based crust. If you are a pizza lover on keto, this is a bitter pill to swallow. With that said, I have found this crust mix to be "ok" as a traditional NY style pizza, however when I tried it as a Chicago deep dish style pizza it was significantly better. I make mine in a cast iron skillet with plenty of olive oil which helps fry the crust when baking. The deep dish method with all the generous sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms.....or what ever toppings you like helps mask some of the unpleasant tastes of a keto crust. The best part about it, you won't that that sluggish super stuffed grain belly feel after a couple of pieces.

More like a biscuit....
Not bad but...not at all like pizza dough. Crumbly, soft...

Never buying again!
I usually buy the Modern Mountain pizza crust mix, but I was tempted by this brand’s 0 net carbs. Unfortunately I bought 3 bags of this brand, and I’ll have to get through them all… they’re more difficult to mix up and prepare pizzas because the dough is so sticky. It tastes like “diet” pizza, and I had gotten used to my other brand, which tasted almost exactly like regular pizza. When the dough is cooked, the crust is super dry and gets caught in my throat. Each pack made 3 personal size pizzas that were about 5-6 inches wide. However, this mix did make larger pizzas than the Modern Mountain brand that I prefer. But, it is also more expensive.
