My elderly dad (92) who I am caring for has horrible sleep habits, he is awake for 3-hours then sleeps for 2...all day long! He does not like the blinds or curtains open (even on a beautiful day) and he just likes to sit and watch tv in his room or play cards on his computer. He has no sense of time and a couple months ago, completely lost a week...he thought it was February when we were already a week into March. I ordered him this clock and installed it, he likes it with the red, white and blue screen...it clearly indicates the Day of the Week, if it is morning, afternoon or evening, then the time and the date on the bottom. Best of all, he can read it from across the room. He is so proud to have it that he made me order one for his brother. It has several preset alarm settings which we do not use (Breakfast, take your pill, drink water, etc...) and you can use a usb stick (not included) to program additional alarms and customizations. you can change the colors, but the red, white and blue seems to be the easiest to read for a senior. It also has a remove control to change and program all the fancy stuff. And I was surprised, when I plugged it in, the time and date were already set, not sure if that is standard, but I'll take it! This product, so far, is AMAZING!

I have a family member who is bedridden. This clock is very easy to see and keeps them up-to-date on the time and day and whether it is afternoon or morning. I especially like the different modes you can use to display the information. My family member is sensitive to light so the black screen with the pink letters has worked out beautifully. It was easy to set up with the remote control (it does have control buttons on the actual clock, too).

I originally gave the clock an bad review because it gained about a minute every day, so I returned it. The seller contacted me in order to make things right. There aren’t many sellers who stand by their products, and go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction.The seller and I reached an agreement that I would test a new clock, and if satisfied, change my review. The clock is hung in the same location, and I’m happy to report that after 2 weeks, the time is kept accurate. It has many features I could not find in other clocks, such as a bright, easy to read display with real numbers, and not the 7 dashes that make all the numbers harder to read (IMO). There are different backgrounds to choose from, and another nice feature is you can adjust the brightness settings for day and night. The remote is a bonus because you can use it to set and turn off alarms, adjust brightness and backgrounds without having to take the clock off the wall.Thank you, Vicky, for reaching out to me and convincing me to give a new clock a chance. I hope this revised review helps you sell more clocks. As this review said, not many sellers take the time to contact dissatisfied customers and make things right. If I need another clock, I will buy from this seller, and any other products from this seller, knowing that if I have a problem, I can rely on them to fix the problem.

Bought this for my elderly parents even though they have calendars hanging in their home. With this electronic calendar, it instantly tells them the day, time and date. It also helps them when they should take their medication. It's great! Good Buy!

I have purchased about 20 clocks similar to this model in the last so years this is by far the best. Since I have lots of experience using these types of clocks I know why most people don’t like them. Usually they don’t offer simple, straightforward instructions how setting it up. Usually the set up is an extremely annoying process that almost makes it not worth the time and effort to do because all the other models I have used would have to be set up all over again if, (it came unplugged, fell down, batteries wore off, or you pushed the wrong button sequence while handling all of the directions were several pages and needed about 15 minutes to get through as the back buttons were not large enough or far apart enough not to mistakenly press during set up. My husband would get so frustrated whenever I had him do the set up’s he told me not to buy them anymore because he refused to set them up for me. I need this type of product. I have a serious eye disease and my eyes are not able to focus and see the time in regular types of alarm clocks, watches and wall clocks. This cloak is the the best one I have found thus far. 1. You have the choice of a large array of visual styles to choose from. 2. It comes with a mini remote so you can easily change the visual settings throughout the day. 3. You can skip having to redo the set up if it becomes unplugged or the battery dies, I can unplug it then plug it back in and it instantly shows the correct time, day & date (once you set it up the first time it is done!) 4. You can sync it with a app (I haven’t downloaded the app but it might be worth it because you get a lot of extra perks like making specific alarms by connecting it with your phone, I think you can do up to 16 alarms a day and make them detailed with the phone (no other clock I have gotten does this ) 5. I can easily read the display from 15 feet away my other clocks didn’t offer the ability to adjust the brightness, nor did it have so many choices for display (my eyes cannot perceive white on black backgrounds this clock offers many types of background choices as well as types of colors for numbers etc so I easily found several that worked for me. 6. The fact that I can plug it in and unplug it (i unplug it nightly so my room is totally dark) and it instantly shows time and date without any work makes it awesome in terms of convenience. Cons it’s ugly, not a pretty clock it’s meant for convenience, it is a eye sore , it’s a bit expensive and the materials are obviously cheap. It’s not waterproof, liquid ruins it, it has to be near an electrical socket (so your stuck with an unsightly cord, that’s short. The alarm duration is waaaaaaaaaaaay too long and loud.

Letter and number size easy to read. Colors are helpful. Display is bright enough. Gives the basic info without a lot of clutter and fuss. Purchased one, then came back for two more.

This keeps me on track with yhe day and time . I like the fact it can be changed with a few different looks. Lookscgreat in my kitchen on tje counter.
