Don't be fulled because the price is cheap!
I installed this one and I thought it is going to take care of the problem. I did not. Spent $179.00 on another place for diagnosis, They said I still need to change the Air Suspension Valve . I bought one from ebay for a little bit more money and it worked. Either the one I got is defective or it's a cheap product that will give you more headache.

Fits my W221
The Air Suspension Valve fits perfectly with my W221. Installation was straightforward, just plug in the 6 air tubes, and you're good to go. However, I've noticed that the seal quality could be improved. The seals seem a bit thin, which makes me question their durability. Despite this drawback, the valve is currently working fine,.

So far so good!
I own a 2013 Mercedes S550 Base, and the airmatic suspension was giving me problems, I replaced both front struts and the car was ok for a few days, but then it started to lean a little bit on the front passenger side. My mechanic tested the height sensors and everything was working fine, the compressor (air pump) was also pumping strong and the struts are brand new and none of the had any leaks. So everything pointed to the Valve Block which after so many years, decided to start giving problems. The OEM genuine Mercedes replacement for this part is over $500 dollars, so I decided to give this one a try and risk it for much less. Today, after almost 2 weeks, my car is working perfectly and both sides are the same height when the struts are inflated. And the car maintains the height after being parked for 2 or more days. So no more leaks, and good working valve block. How long will it last in that great condition is impossible for me to estimate, but if I can get a year out of this, it will be much more than worth it.
