Favourite mouthwash
This is my favourite mouthwash by far. Can't find it in the shops just now, so delighted to have found 6 bottles through Amazon, should last me for months.

Wonder Stuff!
I recently had a root canal treatment and a filling replaced in the tooth next door to it. I know what you're all thinking...ouch! Yes! Now, in theory, a tooth treated with a root canal is effectively a dead tooth, but, despite it all going very well, I was experiencing gum pain along the entire side of my upper right jaw, possibly down to getting so much work done all at once, or the new filling. I'd been told Corsodyl was very good for this type of thing, but I was sceptical, not only because long term use can stain the teeth, but I also didn't want to be tied down to using mouthwash as an alternative to more dental work, or, heaven for fend, an extraction. Besides, when you use a medication or product for long enough, it loses its efficacy (went into professional mode there!) and you don't feel the benefit. By chance, when I was out, I came across this product. And decided to give it a go. It's alcohol free and flavoured with cloves, which have a numbing effect. It worked great! I got a bit of sensitivity, but I expected that. Once things settled, I actually got a good night's sleep! I don't recommend long term use of a product for fear it could hide a bigger problem that your dentist needs to address. Just something I felt I had to mention. I found this down my local poundstretcher's and thought, why not? It might also aid in soothing gum pain associated with sinusitis. In my case, the smart money's on things adjusting to a new normal. Dental work involves post operative pain don't you know! This is a nice entry level product to try. It was also created by dentists! Nothing like a little bit of collective wisdom to benefit mankind! (Conventional wisdom, on the other hand, is a whole other act!). What's not to like? Fun fact, the product Driclor was invented by a chemist who was approached by healthcare workers who were looking for an effective deodorant that knocked others on the market out of the park. Necessity is the mother of invention, after all! Who better to formulate an effective product than a chemist? In summary, it's worth a shot, and, not to try, is not to know! Word to the wise though, according to a researcher who made the connection between particular teeth affecting various organs of the body, 'repair your ship in dry dock, not out in a storm.' Sterling advice when it comes to oral health, right?
