Don't bother!
It says it's compatible with the maker family, but my machine couldn't detect it. I tried removing it and replacing it, but it's not even detecting that it's in the machine. Definitely a waste of money! 😡

pretty good product
this worked better than I thought. As many of you said the Cricut maker dose not recognize the tool. but I still found a way around that. just as you would buy an off-brand ink for a printer and the printer might not recognize the ink, there are ways around it. In this case, I just changed the settings and cut it. do a weld and slice rather than the engraving cut and on material type, rather than use acrylic I use outdoor vinyl. it turned out amazing and engraved nicely.

Took a bit of working
New to my Maker 3 and wanted to try bracelets. Used this tool after the help of a short cut video. It worked nicely. Fine lines.
