To say we are ecstatic and overjoyed would be an understatement. We love the ham hock and can’t say enough about its quality and taste. Reminded us about the many reunions on the family farm we had in Alabama as children, when our extended family would bring only the best – farm fresh – meats and produce, prepared with uncompromising taste and unsurpassed quality. Your ham hock would have been the centerpiece, the highlight of the feast. Wow! You delivered!The ham hock arrived almost a week earlier than expected to our community’s distribution center during the 2024 Christmas holiday. Since this was a USPS delivery, we did not receive the typical confirmation and picture receipt that comes when items are delivered by Amazon drivers. With the closure of the distribution center during the holidays, we were unaware that the item was sitting at the center until we checked the tracking provided on the Amazon web site. Please accept our apology for causing unwarranted research. Nevertheless, we are extremely pleased with your immediate, proactive response pinpointing the delivery location. Thanks for a job well-done and for a most excellent product.

I am very pleased to review these beautiful Pot Seasoning Meats. The Hamhocks arrived wrapped in parchment paper and ready to use. I only cook this type of meat for special occasions. MAKE SURE TO ORDER THIS PRODUCT WELL BEFORE YOU NEED IT! BTW.. the taste and texture was superb. Also, these Hocks were not overly salty which left room for my seasonings . I will order this again soon♥️

I’m very pleased with this order. They’re expensive - but look just like the ad pictures on Amazon. Very meaty and very high quality, worth the money. Smoked hocks from my local supermarket look very sad by comparison.
