I'm very impressed with these compression shirts, the medium size for me is perfect. They're very well made, breathable, and comfortable. They can carry you throughout the day if you're mostly working outdoors in the sun like me, I previously had these arm sleeves which would just fall off within a couple of hours of work and it was really annoying to be struggling with that madness. Perfect fit and it has a cool sensation

I love the material and the feel of it BUT definitely order a few sizes larger than your usual size.For example, if it helps, I wear a medium-sized t-shirt (without an undershirt), and I had to order an XL for these thermals, and they are still a little bit tight, but since it is a thermal for cold weather, I do not mind it.

The reason I wrote this review was to warn buyers: these compression shirts are NOT for winter, despite what is written on the webpage.They are not thermal shirts. They keep you cool, not warm. If you wear them in the winter, you will be freezing your backside off. This company does make similar shirts for winter wear called "Dalavch 5 Pack THERMAL Compression Shirts" that work better for that purpose.Other than that though... these shirts are great quality for the price. Probably better for spring/fall wear. Feels tight for sure; make sure you adequately measure your chest and waist and check the chart before buying. If in doubt, size up 1 time.
